Please note that all staff work part time, and the total employed administrative working time is equivalent to only 2.5 full timers.  Bedford House provides morning, afternoon and evening courses and space hire. We are open 13 hours per day, often 7 days per week (up to approx. 90 weekly open hours). There is usually only one administrative staff working at any one time, sometimes with Admin Volunteer support.

We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours, but it could take several days before an emailed enquiry is answered subject to working patterns.  The Admin@bedfordhouse.org.uk is checked and enquiries responded to every day.

If your enquiry is very urgent, please call the office on 020 8504 6668. We answer the telephone when we are open for business, but if we are occasionally unable to pick up you can leave a message 24/7 on 020 8504 6668 and we will call you back as soon as possible. We encourage callers to ring between 9:30 and 13:30, our key office opening hours.
