Payment Methods

Card payments and bank BACS transfers help to minimise shared paperwork thus minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission. Card payment is our preferred method of payment.

• To pay by card

If you are at Bedford House please fill in the stall application form and membership form and pop over to the office. We will take the card payment.

If you are off site, please download the stall application form (above) and membership form (below), fill it in and email it to us. Then give us a ring and we can take the card payment over the telephone.

To pay by bank transfer BACS

Please fill in and email the stall application form and membership form to the office. Please then make the bank transfer in the usual way using as reference: your name and postcode (matching details you have put on the membership form).

• To pay by cheque

Please fill in and email or post the stall application form and membership form to the office together with your cheque made out to BHCA.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Workshop Fees Workshop fees are generally non-refundable.

  • If workshops are cancelled by the organisation due to low enrolment, then refunds will be made in full to those learners who have already enrolled.

  • If workshops are postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, fees will be rolled over to the new date.

  • If workshops need to be put on hold due to ‘force majeure’ such as Covid-19 outbreak, then fees will be rolled over to the next running course.

  • Membership Fees are non-refundable.
