Spring (12w)

Summer (9w)

Instruction is given with due consideration for the students’ widely varied experience and ability.
Subjects include still life, landscape, and portraits.

As well as practising drawing skills in pencil, charcoal etc , acrylic, water-soluble oils, and watercolour are the most practical methods of painting for this class. Advice on equipment will be given  – bring what you have and we will see what you need!

Occasional lectures and demonstrations are given by the tutor, either stimulated by a current exhibition or in answer to a student’s question.
